Right to Request Deletion of Personal Information

Under the privacy laws you may have the right to know what information is collected about you, the right to request the correction or deletion of your personal information collected or maintained by SWBC Corporation or to opt out of the sale of your personal information.

For a request to be acknowledged and responded to, you must fill out our web form below. After submitting a request, we will verify your identity by matching the identifying information provided by you to the personal information already maintained by us, or, in cases where your request requires a higher degree of verification or ask for a state issued license or state ID or utility bill in consumers name with property address. Any information you provided to us that is not already in our system will be reviewed for deletion after your request has been verified.
