SAN ANTONIO/DALLAS, TX (September 24, 2024)—SWBC Real Estate, LLC, announced it has broken ground on The Royalton at Prosper™, a 270-unit Class A multi-family property. The new development is located adjacent to SWBC’s first phase property, The Royalton at Creeks of Legacy™, which is currently going through its initial lease-up. At total build-out, the combined properties will contain 540 rental units.
The Royalton at Prosper will offer modern living spaces near top-tier retail providers, new medical centers, and highly ranked educational facilities. Strategically located just one mile from an under-construction HEB at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Frontier Parkway, the property provides unparalleled convenience for future residents. HC2 Capital, LLC is providing the debt financing, while International Capital, LLC is the equity partner for the project. Cross Architects, based in Plano, is serving as the primary architect for the project, and the engineering firm McAdams from Lewisville, Texas is also actively involved.
