Ferguson brings 25 years of experience providing retirement plan solutions to clients through rigorous research and trusted consulting expertise. Since joining SWBC's Retirement Plan Services in 2010, he has led the division’s growth from a startup to more than $13 billion in assets. Ferguson continues to provide fiduciary services to retirement plan providers at the enterprise level, serves as a voting member of SWBC's Investment Committee, and is committed to guiding retirement plan sponsors through the evolving retirement plan landscape.
